Friday Night, March 6th
I was just asked to preach the Sunday morning service at the largest church in the country of Lesotho. Bishop Michael Kolisang’s daughter informed me of this tonight at dinner. The church is called Fill the Gap Ministries and is expected to have around 800 to 1000 people in attendance.
She also informed us that we must all wear dresses as the churches here in Africa are more traditional. So my choice is either to venture into town to try to find an appropriate dress and shoes to wear or borrow Danita’s kelly green suit jacket and black skirt with box pleats at the bottom. Thank God for Danita whose culture in Haiti also wears lots of dresses. She even had a dress for Teresa with one left over for her.
God is good!
Love to all. I miss everyone sssoooooo much especially my husband and children.
